We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your merchandise.

Refunds are offered on the following products and merchandise:

  1. Products and merchandise sold at full retail value. (Products sold at a discount are eligible for store credit, or exchange only).
  2. Products and merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging and product tags.
  3. Products and merchandise returned within 14 days.
  4. Sales Receipt is required for a refund and exchange

All Sale items can only be exchanged or refunded for store credit.

The following are non-refundable:

  •     Installed electrical or electronic parts
  •     Parts that have missing kit or assembly components
  •     A product where the Supplier or part is unknown to West Coast Sports
  •     Services
  •     Mounted skis & Snowboards


When is comes to warranties, we do NOT administer credits or refunds until the manufacture confirms the product is in fact a warranty due to defects. Neglect, or user error does not constitute a warranty.  In some cases, replacement parts will be sent to fix an issue, instead of doing a full replacement. In other cases, when a product will be replaced, we require you hand in the defective product.

Please keep in mind, this process may take longer than expected, so your patience is greatly appreciated.
