Returns

We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your merchandise.

Refunds are offered on the following products and merchandise:

  1. Products and merchandise sold at full retail value. (Products sold at a discount are eligible for store credit, or exchange only).
  2. Products and merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging and product tags.
  3. Products and merchandise returned within 14 days.
  4. Sales Receipt is required for a refund and exchange

All Sale items can only be exchanged or refunded for store credit.

The following are non-refundable:

  •     Installed electrical or electronic parts
  •     Parts that have missing kit or assembly components
  •     A product where the Supplier or part is unknown to West Coast Sports
  •     Services
  •     Mounted skis & Snowboards

Warranties

When is comes to warranties, we do NOT administer credits or refunds until the manufacture confirms the product is a warranty due to defects. Neglect, wear and tear, or user error does not constitute a warranty.  In some cases, replacement parts will be sent to fix an issue, instead of a full product replacement. When a product will be replaced, we require you hand in the defective product. In many cases, proof of purchase is required to begin the warranty process.
