Exchange Policy

You may exchange your products and merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date only if:

  1. there is a manufacturer’s defect, and that defect is covered by our manufacturer’s policy; or
  2. you have ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange the product for a different size, and we have the size that you request.

 Return Policy

We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your merchandise.

Refunds are offered on the following products and merchandise:

  1. Products and merchandise sold at full retail value. (Products sold at a discount are not eligable for returns.)
  2. Products and merchandise returned with original condition and/or packaging.
  3. Products and merchandise returned within 15 days.

The following are non-refundable:

  •     Installed electrical or electronic parts
  •     Parts that have missing kit or assembly components
  •     A product without a Westcoast Sports receipt / invoice.
  •     A product where the Supplier or part is unknown to Westcoast Sports
  •     Services

Please note that due to the nature of parts merchandise a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AS INSTORE CREDIT ONLY. Please ask sales if you have any further questions.
